He will be speaking at the Mt. Shasta anual ETs, Spirit, New Science and Technology for a New Earth expo.
It's a rather cheezy event but few people that will be there are very interesting to me and even tho i don't need to believe in everything they say, they do have some interesting points and after all they are just trying to make this world a better place.
Come and check it out, you have nothing to lose at the least it's just very entertaining.
Mt. Shasta has very spiritual influences on many people, some believe that it's earth's "preassure point". I have never been there and it's a shame because i'm only couple hours away.

it's more than a few hours drive to mt shasta from the bay area, more like 4.5. Icke does not back up anything he says. He has no evidence whatsoever except what he believes. He is an intelligent, charasmatic and likeable as well as somewhat believable personality but not a stitch of relevant evidence or anything even close.
Mt Shasta is a refuge for the new age community. All types of events go on there all year. Your best bet to see Icke is the UFO expo in san jose. he has been there like 3 times already in the last 10 years. |

Ive been to Shasta many times, houseboating, backpacking, discgolfing ...
THeres a neat section of road on the way up the mountain where if you put your car in neutral, it rolls uphill...I shit you not. _________________ Garen on the free Ozzfest- "Fuck that, if I wanted to torture myself with a bunch of little creeps and shitty music, I'd go to ChuckEcheese's."

Honestly i don't need anyone to tell me what to believe, i just feel like he has very similar theories to mine as far as existance in the universe and it's process.
He is a very smart guy and he does believe in what he is doing, judging from his jurney and experiences as a public figure. I respect him mainly because he has no intentions (unlike many other conspiracy investigators) to make people paranoid but rather more aware of themselves at the least. At the end all he's saying is: "turn off the TV go outside and make your own opinions and most of all don't go to church to give you the answers".
So i don't need him to back up what he is saying because i already know, although i don't agree with you Lars, bacause he does back up a lot of stuff. And if you ever believe any archeologist to tell you what came from the past, why can't you believe what simple aspect as symbolizm (which has been around since the begining of humanity) has been trying to tell people, or at least symbolize.
At the end those are all just some theories, however, i have been very much into "power of myth and symbol" studies for a long time now, as well many other people who do listen to David Icke so it's all just about being able to relate some information, nothing wrong with that.

| Mt Shasta and surrouding region has inverse geomagnetic properties along with vortices. A lot of the spirit medium/channelling sect of new agers congergate there for that reason. Greater ease of communication with other dimensiona and realms. |

I used to go camping up there with the family when I was a kid- I was way into it. I went up there maybe 5 or 6 years ago and there was definitely a notable "new age" presence in town but I didn't find it overwhelming or anything.
Anyone ever trip off the cloud formations surrounding Mt. Shasta itself? I guess they're officially called "lenticular clouds" but they often times look a lot like your stereotypical UFO. _________________ ...you're so cool, I'm going to call you culo. |

I've actually been there with my father once. My father's friend (who we were visiting) said that it was just an optical illusion. |

Isn't there an urban legend that the last survivors of the lost continent of Lemuria (except for, of course, Uma Thurman ) live near Mt. Shasta? _________________ "They said in school - practice makes perfect, and nobody's perfect so stop practising." - Steven Wright |

i love Northern cali, it is beautiful indeed. Red woods, mountains, rivers and seems like a lot nicer people.. Who knows one day we might even move there.. Mt. Shasta is amazing as far as it's powerful apperance it's a great opportunity for me to run away from every day race, i'm so there |
